The Royal Conservatory is the latest to announce its 2016/17 season, or at least the Koerner Hall component.  There’s the usual eclectic mix of orchestral, instrumental, chamber, vocal, jazz and world music.  The vocal highlights are recitals by Deb Voigt and Nathalie Dessay and the annual Christmas visit by the King’s Singers.

Ms. Voigt will be appearing with Brian Zeger on Friday, November 11, 2016 at 8pm in a program of works by Bach, Strauss, Tchaikovsky, and Bernstein.

The King’s Singers are on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at 3pm with a program of seasonal stuff.

The highlight for me is Natalie Dessay with Philippe Cassard  on Sunday, April 23, 2017 at 3pm.  The program has been announced and is as follows:
